Mumma's Amour is a clothing store dedicated to plus size only clothing. We endeavor to bring you on trend clothing at budget prices. We are 2 stay at home mumma's and already have other FB page clothing stores but realized there is a great demand for this clothing. We hope you love what we have to offer as much as we do. If you are new to Facebook shopping, this is how it works:
** Placing an order:
Comment your email and size under the picture of the item you would like to purchase. Alternatively you can send us a PM (Private Message) with your order details. The items will sell out quickly as stock is limited. Please ensure you are aware of the ETAs (estimated time of arrival) before you make your payment. We would hate for this to cause disappointment.
**Payment
You may make payment either by DD (direct Deposit) or Paypal. You will be sent an email via Paypal to your nominated address.
**Delivery and Postage
Please double check that you have updated your paypal delivery address details prior to completing the transaction. If you choose to DD, please remember to let us know via PM and forward on your delivery details.
Postage prices:
- $8.00 for 500grams and under regular post (not recommended)
- $13.00 for 500grams and above, regular post up to 3kg (not recommended).
Please note these are default prices and you will be charged for standard shipping unless we are informed otherwise.
- We recommend you select to have your items sent via registered which will mean your parcel must be signed for. The extra cost is $3.00 per parcel.
Returns:
We definitely accept returns, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for sizing issues. Upon return of your item, you will receive a store credit note.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly to the item ordered are entitled to a full refund.
